Who we are
Watermelon Warriors is a Palestinian-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 99-4466024). We fund eSIMs for people in Palestine and hand them out through partner organisations on the ground. By using this website you agree to these terms. We may update them; the date above tells you when.
Donations
Donations are taken by our partner Andalu through its secure checkout, not on this website. Andalu's own terms apply to the payment. You can give once or set up a weekly or monthly gift, and you can change or stop a recurring gift at andalu.com/donate/manage.
Each $10 funds one eSIM. We send you a receipt by email, and a yearly summary of your donations on request. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent the law allows.
Refunds
Donations are generally not refundable once processed. If you gave by mistake, write to support@watermelonwarriors.io within 24 hours of the payment and we will look at it with Andalu.
An eSIM that is never switched on is refunded to us by the provider, and that money funds another eSIM.
Travel eSIM discount
The discount code on this site is offered by Andalu for its travel eSIMs. Andalu's terms apply, and the offer may change or end at any time.
Privacy
This website sets no tracking cookies and loads nothing from third parties. The only cookie this site sets, ww_lang, remembers the language you chose.
When you donate, Andalu sends us your name, email address, the amount and a payment reference. We use them to send your receipt, your accountability link and, if you ask, a yearly summary. We do not sell or share them except as needed to do this or as the law requires.
Donor pages never show who is using an eSIM.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by writing to support@watermelonwarriors.io.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
