Help for donors

Want to stop or change a monthly gift? Go to andalu.com/donate/manage (opens in a new tab). For anything else, read on, or email support@watermelonwarriors.io and a person will reply.

How do I stop or change a monthly gift?

You can stop or change a monthly gift at any time, and you don't need to give a reason.

Go to andalu.com/donate/manage (opens in a new tab) and enter the email address you gave with. You get a secure link where you can manage or cancel the gift.

If that page can't find your gift (for example, one started on our old shop), use our stop form (opens in a new tab). Andalu's team stops it and emails you to confirm.

Once a gift is stopped, no further charges are taken. If you were charged after asking us to stop, write to support@watermelonwarriors.io and we will look at it with Andalu.

Where is my receipt, and is my gift tax-deductible?

We email a receipt after every payment, monthly charges included, from hello@watermelonwarriors.com. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.

We are a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 99-4466024), so gifts are tax-deductible for US taxpayers as the law allows. Outside the US, check your local rules.

Need a lost receipt or a yearly summary for your taxes? Email support@watermelonwarriors.io from the address you gave with. Many employers match gifts: ask yours.

What is my accountability page, and when does it arrive?

It is a live page for an eSIM your gift is helping keep connected: its journey, its top-ups and the data used. It never shows who is using the eSIM.

We email it once that eSIM has been switched on by the person who received it. A larger gift can bring several links, each sent as its eSIM is switched on.

When an eSIM's plan ends, its page shows a completed journey.

Where does my money go, and are there fees?

$10 buys one eSIM through our partner Andalu at cost, with no markup. The card processing fee is the only deduction from your gift.

We top every line up automatically within its monthly data allowance, so it stays connected for as long as possible.

Who receives the eSIMs?

Journalists, aid workers, doctors, students and civilians in Palestine, through partner organisations on the ground. We never publish who is using an eSIM.

How do I reach a person?

Email support@watermelonwarriors.io. A person reads every message and replies by email.

Gave by mistake? Write within 24 hours of the payment and we will look at it with Andalu (see our terms).
